After serving 5 years in the Public Defenders office, she decided to leave her office and share her love of bread with the small California community. She was raised in the high mountainous, four seasons region of Montana where wheat grew best. And with meticulous planning, she arranged for the wheat to be shipped out west and drew upon her grandmothers’ recipes to open the doors of the first bakery café.

Stephanie is graduate from Stetson University and has a BA degree in Marketing & Communications. She has worked with multiple franchise systems in producing results- driven branding and promotional campaigns through both traditional and digital marketing efforts.

Director of Concept Development

Mr. DiMeo is the founder and creator of Squisito fast, fresh, casual brand. Gennaro DiMeo has been our Director of Concept Development since our inception in May 2010. Since 1998, he has owned and operated several Squisito® NY Pizza and Pasta Restaurants in Maryland. Since 2005, he has owned and operated the MONTE Restaurant Development Group, the parent company for all corporate stores, headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland. From 2006 to 2016, he has owned and operated 4 Seasons Grille in Gambrills, Maryland and since 2008, Carpaccio Tuscan Kitchen and Wine Bar in Annapolis, Maryland.
